Static dissipators Charateristics

Composed of a thermostatic valve pre-adjusted to 90 ºC, heat exchanger working by natural convection and gravitational circulation.

Complete and reliable concordance with the demands of the technical codex of contruction, HE4 chapter 3.2.2.3.1; the "Solar Ordinanze" of Barcelona, Inspection Guide OST, V 2.0.-11 from July 2007 and the regulations UNE EN 12828 limiting the maximum temperature from the exit of Solar panels to 105 ºC .

Its workings doesnt depend on electro valves, pumps, ventilators not even electricity.

Avoids problems arising from:

Corrosion and sedimentation in the interior of the solar panels
Wear on electric pumps
Degradation of selective surfaces in solar panels
Degradation of heat transportating fluid
Aging of the installation
Thermic stress in the installation

To a great extend the manintenance of the installation is secured by the proper heat dissipation.

ExampleIn the summoer holidays from june to september a school maintains closed and without electricity, the static heat exchanger maintains a constant temperature and pressure in the installation throughout the summer. If in June the pressure was 3 bars, on initiating classes in september the pressure remains steady at 3 bars.

In 1890 we were among the first to install central heating with gravity circulation inseveral emblematic buildings in Barcelona like, "The Ritz Hotel", The "French station" and the headquartes of the bank "Caja de Ahorros y Monte de Piedad".

In 1960 design and installation of the first singular circuit central heating in housing apartments in Barcelona.

In 2003 patenting of "Static dissipation" without electric components protecting against overheating in thermic solar heating installations.
